Mountains 2011
Ruby's First Vacation! The kids first trip since 2008 I believe. We stayed in a cabin with plenty of games anda fantastic view! We visited Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies ($7/each with homeschool discount!). I had some dairy free fried apple pie, Corey got to eat fritters with apple butter, and a GREAT time was had by all!!!! Here are some pics

That looks like such a fun trip. I will def. have to try that aquarium. There are some great pics of your kids there. There are some really great pics of Ruby (looking over Corey's shoulder!), and the one of Noah and Katie looking up through the Penguins is adorable.
Wow! Looks like you all had such a great tie :) The kids look like they had fun --- and awwwww, Ruby is just SO adorable!
